FFX: Yunalesca and Sin Walkthrough

Alright. I know. The bosses I mention in the title are hard. Especially Yunalesca. But don't worry.

Fight with: Yunalesca

HP: 24000

Place: Zanarkand Ruins

Preparations: 

Have everyone's Overdrive gauge full, especially Yuna for Grand Summoning. Stock lots of Holy Water, Mega Phoenix or Phoenix Downs, Echo Screens and Eye Drops. Esuna or Remedies should do it, as well. Other way is to customize Lulu's armor and add 'Silenceproof' ability because she will certainly be your greatest asset in this fight. Get yourself a handy amount of Ether you can get by stealing Ethers from Behemoth that exists along the way to the Dome. 10 Ethers should be enough but stock more in case you are stuck. The reason I told you to get Ethers will be explained below. Equip Yuna with 'Magistral Rod' that had 'Half MP Cost' property because she'll be hell a lot of healer. Once you're ready, enter the dome and the battle will begin.

Battle: 

First, had Rikku stole a Stamina Tablet from Yunalesca, and then keep pounding her with your best physical fighter and mages. The things you might find annoying are when Yunalesca attacked with physical attack she will counter with Blind and when attacked with magics she will counter with Silence. That's why I said stock lots of Remedies, Echo Screens and Eye Drops. Don't hesitate to use Ether on your character if she ever drops Osmose in the middle of battle [and her Osmose drains a hell of lot of your MP]. With only 24k HP, she's not that tough for a boss battle...

Fight with: Yunalesca

HP: 48000

Place: Zanarkand Ruins

To begin the battle, Rikku must steal Stamina Tablet and Mix a Mega Vitality to double everyone's Max HP. Quickly heal everyone because once it's Yunalesca's turn, she will use the pain in the ass Hellbiter that causes Zombie and Curse. Don't summon your Aeons yet, Yuna must keep pushing the party with her Curaga and Regen spells. The nice thing you might find at this battle that you are free to attack Yunalesca because she won't counter any attacks, but her Mind Blast probably is the worst attack she can have. To kill your party, Yunalesca had the awful equation of Hellbiter + (Regen * Curaga) = Death. Curaga will instantly kill your character since it will deal around 5000 damage but Regen is another story. If any of your character was inflicted by Regen, quickly dispose their Zombie status so Yunalesca won't damage your party, instead, she's healing you for free! But be aware and keep at least a Zombied character in your party because...Well, you'll see below...

Fight with: Yunalesca

HP: 60000

Place: Zanarkand  Ruins

In her final form, Yunalesca loves to drop Mega Death at the beginning. Mega Death INSTANTLY KILLS any characters that is not Zombied, so like I said, keep at least a Zombied character along the battle because she loves to drop Mega Death in the middle of battle as well. Play defensively in this battle but keep bringing her down with Tidus and Lulu. Should Lulu or Tidus runs out of  MP,  use Ether to replenish their MP. Yuna must keep pushing the party with supportive spells and if you had any chance, Grand Summon your strongest Aeon [in my case, Bahamut] and pound Yunalesca with your Aeon's Overdrive, should they have their Overdrive gauge full and with Grand Summoning, you will have another full Overdrive gauge and since Aeons' Overdrives always do 9999 damage, they can bring this final form down. Don't die here, play defensively but don't forget to bring Yunalesca down, and stay alive.

Fight with: Left & Right Fin

HP: 65000 each

Place: Skies of Spira

This boss' only offensive spell is Gravija and you can easily avoid this spell by ordering Cid to move away from the fin. 65k HP is not that tough, just have Auron use Armor Break on the fin, Lulu casting magic from far away and Yuna using Aeon's attacks. With  Armor Break, you will find the damage Tidus deal will skyrocket, and under the influence of Hastega you should be able to bring these things down even before that guy had a turn. Because Sin will mostly remains motionless, this is a very easy boss battle compared to Yunalesca. 

Fight with: Sinspawn Genias

HP: 20000

Fight with: Sin

HP: 36000

Place: Skies of Spira

The same strategy for the fins applies, it just that this guy had Sinspawn Genias that is considerably awful if you don't take care of it soon. With only 20k HP, this guy shouldn't be too much of a brawl but then once it hides in its shell, kill this guy with magic. After you kill Genias, you can face Sin. Have Auron use Armor Break and Tidus casting Hastega. 36k HP shouldn't be too much damage and since Tidus' damage is skyrocketing, you might find yourself laughed so hard because Tidus kills this boss with only less than 15 turns.

New Layout + Banner

Yup, jadi setelah dua tahun pake template dari luar, akhirnya gua putusin buat bikin sendiri.

Manfaatin Template Designer dari Blogger, akhirnya blog gua jadi gini tampilannya, transparan bareng sama banner baru.

Jujur aja sih, ini baru pertama kali gua bikin banner buat blog. 

Layoutnya gimana? Personally sih, gua suka yang ini soalnya lebih enak ke mata dan transparan. Terus warnanya sesuai style gua: biru, hijau, sama ungu jadi satu. Buat milih background-nya gua abisin 3/4 jam (terus?) Dan satu lagi yang gua suka dari template ynag sekarang:

3 column dan banyak tempat buat nambahin gadget. Apalagi di bawah ada attribution. YA GUA BISA MENCANTUMKAN NAMA GUA, MWHAHAHA.

Anyways. BTT, kita balik soal banner gua.

Yah, jadi, itu banner gua buat sendiri dengan texture punya orang di dA gua lupa namanya siapa. Cuma sedikit banget editingnya, cuma ngerubah layer mode, beberapa sentuhan brush dan inner glow buat Squall & Noct. Buat brushnya sendiri, gua pake punya Axelraider70 yaitu Heaven's Door. 

Entah namanya ngingetin gua sama satu skill di MK yang biasanya dipake sama musuh tipe Angel. 

Dan yah, pas gua liat lagi ke belakang, ternyata post gua udah cukup menumpuk di sini. 2009 ada 68, 2010 ada 88. Tahun ini kira kira berapa ya? 68 + 88 = 156. 

Haish, banyak bener. 

Yah tapi...RL makin menggila, dan ya gitu deh. Mood gua buat nulis makin ilang tapi gua nggak bisa bilang blog ini nggak punya andil yang besar dalam kehidupan gua. Saat gua mau jelek-jelekin sekolah, nyumpahin guru, ngutukin siswa-siswa yang gua benci, semuanya bisa gua luapin di sini yang pasti gua nggak bisa lakukan di fb karena pasti ketahuan sama sekolah. (yak, bodohnya gua nge-add fb sekolah ke friend list gua orz.)

FFX: Seymour and Evrae Fights Walkthrough

Many people complained that the battles I mentioned in the title are so hard. Well, it's true but that doesn't mean you give up on this great game because of these two battles. Let's go to the walkthrough. 

ONCE AGAIN, THESE ARE MY STYLE. YOU CAN CHANGE IT TO SUIT YOUR STYLE.

Fight with: Seymour Guado

Enemy: 

Seymour Guado [HP: 6000]

Guado Guardian x2 [HP: 2000 each]

Anima [Summon, HP: 18000]

Place: Macalania Temple

Preparations:

Have Rikku learned Spare Attack and Luck along with her Overdrive gauge full. For Yuna, set her Overdrive mode to Healer and have at least one Aeon that had its Overdrive gauge full. For Auron, have him learn Magic Break because this will considerably help to reduce the damage Seymour and his Anima does. As for Tidus, have him learned Delay Attack and had him learned Slice & Dice [Spiral Cut is fine though.]

For Lulu, have her learned the ability Bio and all -ra spell [at this point of the game, you won't be able to had access for -ga spells, so -ra spells will help]. 

Battle:

Have Tidus, Lulu and Rikku in the frontline. First, Rikku must stole a Hi-Potion from each guard, and stole a Turbo Ether from Seymour. Turbo Ether is an item that restores MP to full, which will be considerably useful in the final battle of the game, but that's for later. And then, Tidus can cast Haste to Lulu/Yuna, Rikku and himself and cast Slow on Seymour. This allows you to kill him before his summons Anima, but that would be impossible because once his HP drops around 3000, he will summon Anima. Keep your Overdrive gauges full until he summons Anima. Kill the Guardians first as they will cast Shell on Seymour which will reduce your damages greatly, so be prepared. Have Yuna learned her Nul- spells and if you had been keeping them until now, it's the great time to use it. Cast every single Nul spells Yuna knows in this order: Nul-Frost, Nul-Blaze, Nul-Tide and Nul-Shock because Seymour will cast his spells this way: Blizzara, Fira, Watera and Thundara.

The difficulty of this battle actually lies at the battle with Anima. Rikku must stole Silent Grenade from Anima and switch with Yuna because after this, it will be a battle Anima goes against your Aeons.

Once Anima is out, have Yuna Grand Summon an Aeon called '????' [because she's just acquired, there's no way she had a full Overdrive gauge unless you cheated] and do a 'Heavenly Strike' on Anima. Another way is to had Ixion learned 'Haste' [it can be learned from Abilities Screen on 'Aeons'] and cast it on Ixion. If you summons ????, Ixion or Ifrit, had them use their assigned spells to heal the Aeons, but beware because they are still limited to MP. Once Anima's Overdrive gauge full, SHIELD AT ALL COSTS. This will considerably helpful to reduce the damage Oblivion do and make your Aeons stay longer on the battlefield. Once Anima is down to 6000~5000 HP, dismiss your Aeons and use everyone's Overdrive gauge, especially Spiral Cut, Fury and Mix. Rikku must mix a Black Ice or Firestorm, Tidus must use his Spiral Cut and Lulu must cast her Fury. The spell of choice is up to you. 

Once Anima is gone, the first thing you'll notice if you had Sensor ability attached to your weapon is that Seymour returns to full health. Don't worry, without his guardians and Anima, he's nothing before you. Kill him quickly and that ends the battle. Congratulations!

Fight with: Evrae

Enemy: 

Evrae [HP: 32000]

Place: Skies of Bevelle [Fahrenheit]

Preparations: 

As usual, have everyone's Overdrive gauge at full [though it's possible to win this battle without Overdrive] just in case you are thrust into unwanted situation. Stock lots of Soft and Antidote because Evrae can inflict Petrification and Poison with his Poison Breath. Another way is to stock Al Bhed Potion because you mostly will get ~50 Al Bhed Potions which is more than enough by random encounter at the Desert before you arrives at Home.

Battle:

First, use the Trigger Command and order Cid to move Fahrenheit away from Evrae. Tidus must cast Haste and Cheer on every ally including himself, while Lulu must cast Focus and Reflex, Rikku must cast Luck for better chance of Evasion. Once you're ready, order Cid to move closer.

To begin the battle, cast Slow on Evrae. Have Rikku stole a Water Gem from Evrae and switch her with Wakka. A thing that makes this battle easy is that Evrae VULNERABLE to darkness, so Wakka must use his Dark Attack or Dark Buster on Evrae. Lulu must keep on bringing him down with her barrage of spells while Auron must use his Power Break to reduce the damage Evrae did. Once Evrae starts inhaling, you MUST ORDER CID TO MOVE AWAY FROM EVRAE because once Poison Breath is out, it can kill your characters in a single attack. If you don't have chance to do so, had Rikku use her godly Al Bhed Potion. 

Once his HP is down around ~9000, Evrae will start to cast Haste on himself making the Slow spell useless. Don't even try to spam Slow again on Evrae because once he gets his turn, he will cast Haste on himself. Order Cid to move away everytime your HP is down around ~900, have Lulu attack from afar while the others must keep on healing and buffing allies. Once you're on high health, order Cid to move in. Shot Evrae with everything you got and have Wakka used his Dark Attack everytime Darkness wore off, Rikku must kept on using Al Bhed Potion to restore your HP + cures Silence/Petrification/Poison [since Yuna's gone.] and if you had a chance, Rikku must mix Black Ice to deal Darkness. Auron can use his Shooting Star and Tidus can use his Spiral Cut on Evrae. Tough it up, and you can bring Evrae done. Say goodbye!

Dissidia Final Fantasy Shade Impulse Walkhthrough part 2

Kayak janji gua sebelumnya, hahahaha.

Shade Impulse 3-5

Boss: Garland

Recommended Level: 46 ~ 55

Garland is depicted as 'Nemesis', fighting with heavy strikes from his multiform weapons. He's also very skilled in magics and perhaps will kill you if you are overly close to wall, so choose a wide, open area to easily attacks and dodge at mid air, so a Mid Air Evasion Boost, Aerial Recovery, Controlled Recovery, Multi-Air Slide, Jump Speed Boost [any] and Jump Time Boost [any] is required for this. His weak point that after he unleashes a HP Attack, he will need some seconds to recuperate and begin attacking again so use this time to sneak behind him and do some damage, Sneak Attack is required if you want to do more damage. The only key of fighting Garland is to keep EX-Core away from his reach, fight in a wide area and open area, activate some really useful abilities as I mentioned above and keep an eye for his Earthquake and Flare. When he casts Earthquake, there will be some seconds to intercept his chanting and cancel his attack, while another thing to do is to dodge behind. For Flare, all you can do is to get behind a pillar or whatever object you can get because his Flare hurts a lot.

Shade Impulse 4-3

Boss: Chaos

Recommended Level: 65 ~ 100

I know it's strange enough for level recommendation, but it's just for you can withstand his oh-my-god so killing Bravery damages. His Bravery attacks consist multiple hits that can drain your Bravery badly so you might as well want to equip Omni Air Dash or Free Air Dash, Midair Evasion Boost, Jump Speed Boost + [or ++ if there's any], Controlled Recovery, Recovery Attack, Evasion Time Boost, Gambler's Spirit, Riposte [for you guys that loves blocking], EX-Critical Boost to deal more damage while in EX-Burst, Sneak Attack, Precision Jump and Magic with Physical Shield is required. For equipments, get your character dons their best weapon, hand, armor and head you can find. For Accessory, if you are pretty sure you can win in one shot, equip Arcane Resin, Life Resin, Valor Resin and Chocobo Wing or Cologne.  DO NOT EQUIP any accessory that works with enemy's summons or opponent entering EX-Mode because Chaos did not have any EX-Mode and his Shinryu summon isn't counted as a summon. For your Summon, it's best to equip Magus Sisters, Odin, or Magic Pot.

To begin with, make sure your character had a full EX-Burst gauge so when you found yourself trapped in his massive combo, break it by entering EX-Mode. After a certain amount of time, a EX-Core will appear. And to note, this EX-Core will ALWAYS appears on Chaos' throne. This is when Omni Air Dash comes in handy. Another good trick is to keep yourself near the throne so whenever the Core appears you can have your chance to grab it because it disappears much faster than in another stages. 

Fight with Chaos will be fought in three stages, and the best thing about this fight is that your Resins won't be broken so you can have a 9999 HP to fight Chaos. His HP attack to watch out is his Condemn, Divine Punishment and Soul of Oblivion. His Condemn will sucks you in and deal some awful damage so quickly do a dodge behind. To avoid his Divine Punishment just dodges around the beams or whatever and you should do fine. Since you can't avoid his Soul of Oblivion, just rushes to his face and attack him because he needs some time to charge his Soul of Oblivion and this is the time he's off guard. The worst thing about this fight is once you are defeated in any stage, you have to start from beginning and all of your Resins will be broken so equip your Resins once you are really sure you can win this fight.
