I'm playing as Cloud and Squall, so this walkthrough is mostly dedicated to them.

About Cloud:

Cloud Strife

-An acerbic young swordsman with glowing eyes that wields a blade as large as he is-

Cloud is a close ranged fighter. His bravery attacks will work well in chase sequence especially near wall or ceiling. His fighting style is Buster Basher, depicted as 'Can sent his enemy flying with a single attack from his massive sword'. Cloud specializes in powerful, melee attacks that knocks the opponent on the wall/floor, dealing additional damage to opponent's bravery and HP. But his attack is rather predictable and can be easily dodged/blocked if the player cannot time his/her timing correctly. However, his attack, once connect, deals massive damage. 

His EX-Burst is Omnislash, dealing fourteen slashes and if the player fills the gauge perfectly, he will end it with six slash overhead and apply HP damage. With his HP at maximum, Cloud has the strongest EX-Burst in the game, even overpowering Tidus and Chaos in his Soul of Oblivion that obviously hits player with an instant death.

In his alternate look, he gains "The power of mako" as one of his attribute and his First Tsurugi changes into the complete assembly of Fusion Sword, but this doesn't affect his EX-Burst.

Personally, Cloud is one of my favorite character in Dissidia. Not just that I'm a fan of his, but also his attacks. His alternate look features his attire in Advent Children, which I'm fond of. And for personality wise, both of us have many same traits. As gameplay-wise, I don't really like all muscle and no brain, so choosing Cloud as he's the most easiest to play with and some enemy with gusts, he's just the hitter.

His weak point while fighting is he's totally messed up when facing up against magic-user character such as Kefka, Terra, and Kuja. So to overcome this, both of the three have the same trait: slow movement, even if compared to Cloud that wields Buster Sword. Just rush over them and hit them mercilessly. 

About Squall:

Squall Leonhart

-A cold, taciturn youth who wields a gunblade, a weapon part sword, part gun.-

Squall shares the same style fighting with Cloud. He is a close range fighter, cornering the opponent with his relentless combos.  His style is 'Relentless Revolver', depicted as 'Cornering his opponent with massive combos'. Squall specializes in mid air battle as his Beat Fang can be used time and time again in the air and get tons of bravery drained. All of his attacks are melee, except Elemental Barrels. But his HP attacks require him to charge, and his Fated Circle both Aerial Circle ignores enemy defense so it's best to use his HP attacks near ceiling/wall to not giving the enemy chance to dodge.

His EX-Burst is Renzokuken, dealing eight slashes that ends with a slash past the enemy, leaving a pulse of shockwave behind if the player fills the gauge completely. 

Personality wise, just like Cloud, I share some traits with him. Gameplay wise, I like him because he can chain his bravery attacks especially Beat Fang and get tons of bravery drained, like, 3/4 amount of enemy bravery into his by hitting them with Beat Fang again and again. 

His weakness is while he can chain his bravery attacks, he cannot chain bravery to HP attacks. His HP attacks also require him to charge up, giving the enemy chance to dodge. 

 

1.Shade Impulse 1-5 

Boss: Exdeath

Recommended level: 20 - 25

Cloud: Since both of Exdeath and Cloud are close ranged fighter, equip Cloud with Aerial Fang to inflict mid-air damage on Exdeath. Rush over him by pressing R + triangle button and keep on hitting him with Aerial Fang and Climhazzard while on the ground. Exdeath's attacks are slow, but deadly, so keep your distance from him. If you can, take him to an area with wall (I suggest the gate, since it's the closest place if you want to reach EX-Core) and hit him with Aerial Fang again and again. Once the EX-Core is in play (the hint is, if you are not Beginner Tips, the EX-Force are drained by a 'force' not by the characters.) take it before he had any chance. His attacks to dodge are his teleportation, his Delta Attack and his Armalgam (duh, do I write this correct?) because it will kill you in no time. 

I beat Exdeath at level 23 after mad grinding again and again. Since Exdeath's attack are deadly and slow, mastering the timing with Cloud is essential to get this battle over, or if possible, unscathed. Once he's low on HP, finish him with Omnislash.

Squall: Beating Exdeath with Squall is much easier because you can combo him with the Storm's Beat Fang, again and again, get his bravery drained, inflicting Break and prevents him from recovering by hitting him by Beat Fang again and again. I beat Exdeath at a level 20 Squall, with no difficulties [probably because I play with Cloud first then Squall]. If you have difficulties, then read below.

Exdeath, as mentioned, had deadly attacks but slow movement and also, his HP attacks require him to charge, so use this well to interrupt his chanting and smack him. After you hit him hard, move away from him as he will use his Delta Attack which is most likely kill you in a single blow if you is underleveled. Another way to drain his bravery and inflicting additional damage is Chase Sequences. But in order to do this, while in chase, you mustn't get hit by Exdeath because his HP attack will likely left you survive with 1 HP. 

2. Shade Impulse 2-5

Boss: The Emperor 

Recommended level: 35 - 40

Cloud: The Emperor is much easier compared to Exdeath mostly because he didn't have the teleportation abilty. But he is a nasty fighter putting all the trap kind attack so dodge all of his attack, move in and bombard him with your Climhazzard and Aerial Fang. The only attack you need to watch for is his Flare. It will chase you everywhere so lead it to the wall and quickly go behind the wall to destroy his Flare without taking any damage. Starfall is the worst above all, but it requires time to charge up so bombard The Emperor with HP attacks or bravery attack to interrupt the spell. If you don't have any chance to bombard him, do Quickmove and run on the wall horizontally to avoid the fall. 

Squall: The difference between fighting The Emperor as Squall is that you can drain out The Emperor's bravery. But if you are about to interrupt Starfall, you need to use Fated Circle or either Aerial Circle because bravery attacks won't work on him.

Yak, gue kembali lagi dengan segudang kegajean *halah* setelah lama ngga ngisi blog! Pada rindu sama gue? Ngga kali ya hahahahaha *ketawa garing*

Jadi, kemarin baru aja gue dapet salah satu seri Final Fantasy *abaikan judul* yaitu Dissidia Final Fantasy. Yah baru keluar 2 tahun lalu sih, dan ini game merupakan crossover FF I sampe FF X (awalnya, bocoran di Final Fantasy Wiki itu, Vaan, Kain, Lightning sama siapa gitu satu lagi mau dimasukin tapi akhirnya dibiarin TT________TT]

.....CLOUD KEREN *headdeesk* Tapi gue kira awalnya suara Cloud bakal kayak semacam Zack di CC [baca: Crisis Core] gataunya berat dan dalem banget! xD

Terus karena Dissidia gue mandet di Shade Impulse-nya, gue kabur ke Destiny Odyssey punya Warrior of Light dkk tapi sama aja gue stuck =_________= /PLAK

Terus gue main lagi Odin Sphere, udah nyampe Armageddon, cuma, masalahnya, gimana caranya gue lawan Inferno King Onyx pake Mercedes? Gue belum ngabisin 1/10 HP aja Ancient Crystal gue udah pecah semua =______= Sadis bener si Onyx....Gue aja udah ngos-ngosan ngebutin Cornelius bareng Oswald, dua-duanya Psypher level 40 =_= Masa Mercedes harus gue kebut juga? XD Padahal itu Psypher udah level 36 =__= Gue males ngebutin-nya xD

Let's introduce them, LOL.
 
1. Minerva Chilette Caelum 
Birthday: 15 January 
Eye color: Metallic blue 
Hair color: Black
H/W: 170 / 59
 
Weapon: Dual Spears
 
Short Biography: Younger sister of Noctis, she shares physical traits with her brother. Princess of kingdom Noctis ruled over, she is bright, gentle, and often teases her brother. She somehow have psyche energy, being able to sense what other people can't and she often told Noctis that, "Onii san, I thought I have seen ghosts."

She affectionately calls Noctis "Onii san" and sometimes "Your Highness" in formal occasions. She shares a close and strong bond with Noctis, albeit following him into every battle. She seems to never get away too far from Noctis, as she seems to lose control of her power whenever she is away from Noctis.
Despite of her outgoing nature, she is unexpectedly can speak in the softest voice that would even calm Noctis down. She is also a pretty good listener, and she can come clumsy when she left with Noctis alone.

Personality: Unlike her brother, Minerva is outgoing, bright, and loud. She is a bit immature for her age, but Noctis always willingly covers up her mistake. As the Princess, her friendly nature quickly earns the trust and love of her people. She sometimes involved in a fight with Noctis, going as far as fighting with weapons. But behind that, she truly cares for the young prince safety and happiness.

Fighting Style: She fights with a dual spear, making her earns the title 'Dual Lancer Princess' due to her unique choice of weapon. She is a mediocre fighter, able to fight in middle range and casting magic, however her status is leaning more to physical attacks and she has high HP. She is also shares the same traits with Noctis when fights: Her metallic blue eyes glows to golden yellow, contrary of Noctis's crimson eyes. She, however, cannot summon weapons from thin air like Noct and Stella do. She is mostly affiliated with fire spells, which greatly enchants her strength and weapon.


She mostly calls her brother by 'Noct', even there's at least three years ranging from their age. [kan FFVXIII kan belum keluar, jadi nggak tahu umur Noctis berapa, jadinya umur Minerva juga belum tahu @_@] and she refers to him in front of everybody else as "Noctis Nii san", showing that when she can act childishly when Noctis is around, she is a polite princess as well, referring to him as 'His Majesty' when a guest is present and 'Noctis Nii san' around her friends. She only called her brother "Noct" when only two of them present and "Noctis" when she's angry over him. One of her famous quote is uttered when she is overly angry at Noctis,
 
"Noctis Lucis Caelum! That's enough! Why would you risk such a thing for the entire kingdom?!"


She is extremely fond of the kingdom Noctis ruled and she possess a crystal with herself, allowing her to cast fire magics and enchant her strength. The crystal is given to her by Noctis in her 10th birthday. 

• Trivia: Her cell phone is modeled by herself, and it is colored white. It is modeled after Blackberry Torch [in real life] and it is used by her to either communicate and scanning the area. She designed the technology by herself, showing that she is highly intelligent.
• She is the only female ever mentioned to enter the Counsel Meeting led by herself
• She had a habit to hug Noctis whenever he came back from a mission to the castle or either clinging at his arm after a day of study.
• She was called 'Eva' by Noctis, mostly due to hard pronunciation of her name, "Minerva". But this also could be implied as a shortened version of her name as she called him 'Noct'.

The black haired princess had a sharp ear. When she heard the gate opened, she quickly rushed down the stairs leading to the main room of the palace, and her metallic blue eyes sharpened, catching a slender figure that is her brother. 

"Noct!" she shrieked in happiness as she throw herself into his arms. Noctis, amused, and he let his mechanized falchion fade into thin air and his gloved hands mess around with her black, silk hair. "How're you doing? Is everything okay?" he smiled, as Minerva comes to hold him tighter. "Yeah, everything's fine. I just hold another counsel meeting, just before a hour before you return," Minerva nodded, her metallic blue eyes meet the azure eyes of her brother. But Noctis' sharp eyes catch a bruise on his sister's arm. He pull off himself out of Minerva's reach, and he took her arm.


"Eva, what's this? You injured your arm again?" The young heir of the kingdom eyed her bruise thoroughly. Minerva feels her cheek burned, as her brother took her arm into his hand. "It's nothing...I just injured my arm when I tried to do some maneuvering with my dual spears." She replied, suppressing her tone to keep her regal demeanor.

"I may be a woman," she began to speak, "but do not forget that I am the Princess of this kingdom, and I share the same passion as you all. To protect this kingdom, to protect the people. They are my people as well." her voice became deeper and deeper, showing how much she had grown. "Princesses from my and His Highness ancestors' era probably is always sheltered with the men, but look at me!" Her tone which is usually calm and soft now is high pitch. Her demanding order as well with her eyes sharpened making all the counsels looked at the young princess. "I am heiress of Caelum Family, Minerva Chilette Caelum! Since the day I was born, I knew I am different from the other princesses before me," she reached her dual spears, and took it out. Her golden spears - with two sharp tips on the edges of each spear which is also an icon to her legacy, and her most famous title 'Dual Lancer Princess'. "What are these things at my hands? They are weapon, aren't they." Her voice is deep, but is enough to make every counsel had a cold sweat spined down their cheek, much expected from Noctis' younger sister. "Why can't I fight? I fight to defend my honor, my kingdom. Even if I fall, I will have no regrets." Her voice softened, when she still tightly holds her Longinus.

"You couldn't just die and leave me alone, Eva," Noctis pressed his younger sister against his chest, tightly hold her while his mechanized falchion fades away. Minerva, still holding her Longinus, grasps on the spears tighter, as Noctis' arms wrapped her neck. "Noct..." she murmured. "Listen." She pulled herself out of the young prince's reach, and her tone began to sounds rhythmic.

"To live is to die, to be dead is to awaken.
To have darkness is to have light, to have fear is to have bravery"

"So honestly, I don't fear death, Noct. We've been taught like that with Okaa san, right?" Noctis nodded, remembering his own childhood. "And I won't have any regrets...Dying for the kingdom, and the people." She smiled, her metallic blue eyes gleams with gentleness. She put her Longinus back to their sheath, and place her silk gloved hands on Noctis' face, to get his azure eyes directly meets with her metallic blue eyes.

"I honestly don't afraid of death, it's just..." She throw her stare from the slender young man, "I just don't want to die before you...Because...Who will look after you if I gone? You will have no one, Noct," She put her stare back at his face, "No one to share a family bond with you again." She leaned, and pressed her lips against his. 

"Don't forget, Noct. I will always watch over you."

First post in December is already depressing, how will I turn out this whole month? LOL

Oke, cukup deh gue mau cerita

Lately, I've been messing with my own feelings, just wondering.

Even I look tough to the guys, I'm still a girl, yeah?

So that's probably I write my own personal feelings to this blog. I appear in front of everyone wearing a mask as a cheerful, strong girl, but inside, I probably...Yearn for someone to love me.

I never thought of it, but when I saw the guys with their girlfriends...I'm getting a little jealous. Not a little, but I think..I get really jealous.The females from ARA, and some other forums...I think whenever I saw them with their boyfriend, I think I got real jealous.

Hell, what I'm writing here? Shina, sorry, didn't mean it to blurt it out for you, so don't mind.

Geez, I think I'm losing my sanity here.
